I buy the whole peeled raw garlic cloves from Market Basket. My question I guess is. I should chop it up into smaller pieces before eating it right? Or is it Okay to eat it whole they way I have been? This is so weird to me because I d own thie before and never in my life had my throat receive this type of reaction. I was getting a cold and was determined to kill it with garlic. As you mentioned that you have seen many times it recommended to chew and swallow cloves of garlic. So I did, 3 of them. You know what!
